Workspace Summary

Description

Bond graph calcium subsystem comprised of Shelley's bond graph components for NCX, SERCA, and RyR. The model includes a sarcolemma and dyadic space and is based on the configuration by Grandi et al. This model is designed to demonstrate that the bond graph equivalent of the calcium subsystem can capture physiological calcium oscillations within a parameter range for clamped intracellular and extracellular sodium. Details of this model are documented in Section 2 of the write-up.
