Desc:
Added a dummy component ("synaptic_coupling") to allow the single cell version of the model to be work independently. Previously, it had to be used as an import for the 5 and 10 cell models. synaptic_coupling component adds 4 values that represent 4 imaginary neighbouring neurons to set the value of sum_g_syn_e_s.
