Calcium handling in the iPSC-CM model
****************************************
`Channels.cellml`_ is the main CellML file which incorporates the handling of calcium within the cell. Its associated SED-ML file contains all the simulation settings.
To execute the code, all the files related to this channel need to be downloaded in a same folder:
1. fig10_Ca.py
2. Channels.cellml
3. Channels.sedml
4. parameter.cellml
5. unit.cellml
To reproduce Figure 10, save all the files to the same folder and
execute the following script from the command line:
``$ cd [PathToThisFile]``
``$ [PathToOpenCOR]/pythonshell fig10_Ca.py``

A, baseline model the calcium transient. B, relative contribution of calcium from :math:`I_{SERCA}`, :math:`I_{NCX}` and :math:`I_{PMCA}` to the calcium transient during a single AP in the baseline mode. (Blue: 62% SERCA, Red: 31% NCX, Yellow: 7% non-NCX (SL-pump))
