Reproduction of the results of the primary paper

Figure 8 in the primary paper is the results to be reproduced. The correspondence between the figures are as following:

Instructions on obtaining the figures:

- In OpenCOR, open Mnm1_p7.cellml file in simulation mode.

- Run simulation in accordance with the specifications in the publication. 

- Reproduce Figure 4(top) by plotting variable y. In Parameters tab, left click y and select "Plot Against Variable Of Integration". 

- Open a new graph panel, reproduce Figure 4(middle) and Figure 4(bottom) by plotting variables q_o_2 and q_glucose, respectively. 

- Reproduce Figure 5 by plotting variables k_flow, k_inhibiting and k_stimulating in the same graph panel. 

- Customize the x axis of all plots to a range of 50-70 seconds, by left click any graph panels and select "Custom Axes...".
