Some variable names were modified to distinguish between the normal and the active form of several proteins. Initial conditions were made dimensionless in order to balance units. The equation for PSwe1 was corrected to match the XPP code instead of the published report, in order to reproduce the published graphs.

This CellML version of the model has been checked in COR and PCEnv and the model runs to replicate the results in the original published paper. The units have been checked and are consistent. The model was checked against the XPP code as there is an inconsistency between the code and the published equation for the variable 'PSwe1'.
